摘要
研究了基于π相移光纤布拉格光栅(π-PSFBG)的高精度应变传感特性,利用OptiGrating软件仿真计算出π-PSFBG的关键应变传感参数,给出了相应的应变传感特性方程.在应变测量范围0~2100με内,验证了应变、反射率等关键参数与π-PSFBG中心波长之间的数值关系,得出π-PSFBG的应变灵敏度为1.218 pm·(με)^(-1).
In this paper,the high-precision strain sensing characteristics based on π-Phase-Shifted Fiber Bragg Grating(π-PSFBG) was mainly studied.The key strain sensing parameters of π-PSFBG were calculated by OptiGrating software,and the corresponding strain sensing characteristic equations were given.The numerical relationship between the key parameters,such as strain,reflectivity and the central wavelength of π-PSFBG was studied and verified in the strain measurement range of 0~2 100 με.The conclusion showed that the strain sensitivity was 1.218 pm·(με)-1 of π-PSFBG.
