Effects of Ingestion of Purified Drinking Water From Water Treatment Devices on Health of Rats

摘要 目的探讨饮用水质处理器净化水对大鼠健康指标的影响。方法饲养条件完全相同,给不同组别的大鼠分别饮用电解离子水(碱性水)、反渗透水、中空纤维超滤水、铜锌合金滤料(KDF)净化水、市政自来水和市政水源水,比较多组大鼠实验3个月和实验结束时(6个月)的脏器系数、血常规、血生化、电解质等健康指标的变化。结果与对照组的自来水组比较,电解离子水组大鼠的白细胞、粒细胞、血清白蛋白、总蛋白含量较高(P<0.05);反渗透水组大鼠的血清白细胞、淋巴细胞、白蛋白和总蛋白较高(P<0.05),其中血清白细胞、淋巴细胞超过正常值范围,碱性磷酸酶高于参考值。KDF净水组和中空纤维净水组大鼠血清乳酸脱氢酶较低(P<0.05),但KDF净水组总蛋白比自来水组高(P<0.05)。各组大鼠血清电解质变化均在正常值范围内。水源水和自来水组的白蛋白、总蛋白含量最低,但在参考值范围内。结论与自来水和水源水比较,饮用电解离子水大鼠的蛋白质合成能力增强,饮用反渗透水大鼠的白细胞增加,饮用KDF净化水的总蛋白也高于自来水组(P<0.05)。除反渗透水组实验3个月时血细胞及实验6个月时血小板指标超过正常参考值外,其余3种净化水组在实验期内与自来水组比较虽某些指标有差异(P<0.05),但均在正常值与参考值范围内。 Objective To explore the effects of ingestion of purified drinking water from water treatment devices on health of rats. Methods Under the same feeding conditions, the Wistar rats were divided into different exposure groups exposed to different kinds of drinking water such as electrolytic ion water (alkaline water), reverse osmosis water, middle hollow fabric filtered water, copper-zinc ally (KDF) filtered water, municipal water and source water respectively. The changes of the indexes including organ coefficient, routine blood test, blood biochemistry and electrolyte were observed at the 3rd and the 6th month of the exposure. Results Higher levels of the count of white blood cells and neutrophil, and higher concentrations of seralbumin and total albumin in serum were observed in rats of tap water group compared with those in control group (P<0.05). Higher counts of white blood cells and lymphocytes exceeding the corresponding normal range, higher concentrations of seralbumin and total albumin, higher activity of ALP exceeding the normal reference value, lower contents of Mg and chloride in serum were found in rats of reverse osmosis water group (P<0.05). Higher content of total albumin and higher activity of LDH in serum were found in rats of KDF filtered water group compared with those in tap water group(P<0.05). The concentrations of electrolyte in serum of rats of each exposure group variated in the related normal ranges. The lowest concentrations of seralbumin and total albumin ranged in normal reference value range were observed in source water group and tap water group. Conclusion The enhanced capability to synthesize protein were found in rats of electrolytic ion water group, increasing count of white blood cells was observed in rats of reverse osmosis water group, compared with those in tap water and source water groups. Higher content of total albumin was found in rats of KDF filtered water group compared with that in tap water group (P<0.05). Although significant differences compared with those in tap water group during the exposure period (P<0.05), some observed indexes of rats of electrolytic ion water group, middle-hollow fabric filtered water group and KDF filtered water group variated in corresponding normal ranges and reference value ranges.
