用总氧自由基清除能力测定生物样品及抗氧化剂的总抗氧化能力 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立一项用于反映抗氧化剂或生物组织抗氧化能力的指标——总氧自由基清除能力(TOSC)。方法用气相色谱法测定几种抗氧化剂及小鼠肝、心、肾的TOSC。结果TOSC与抗氧化剂浓度有很好的剂量-效应关系,维生素C的TOSC高于谷胱甘肽的TOSC,小鼠心TOSC在几种组织中最高,不同个体小鼠间TOSC差异不大。结论TOSC水平与抗氧化剂和生物样品的浓度相关,且在小鼠间个体差异不大,可作为一项有意义的生物标志物用于化学品评价。 Objective To establish a new marker, total oxyradical scavenging capacity (TOSC), for evaluating the protective potential of antioxidant and bio-tissues. Methods TOSC of some typical antioxidants (GSH, ascorbic acid) and mouse tissues (liver, heart and kidney) were analysed by gas chromatography. Results The results showed that there was a good dose-response relationship between the concentrations of antioxidants and TOSC, the TOSC of ascorbic acid was higher than that of GSH, and the TOSC of the heart tissue was the highest among the tissues. It also showed that the variations of TOSC among the individual mice were small. Conclusion These results indicated that TOSC was related to the concentrations of antioxidants and biological samples, hence, it could be used as an effective biomarker for evaluating oxidative effects induced by chemicals.
