仪式是一种象征性的、表演性的、由文化传统发展而来,被人们所普遍接受并按某种既定程序进行活动的一整套行为方式。婚姻仪式植根于民间社会,是一种仪式,是各民族、各地区在漫长的文化时空中创造并积累的物质财富和精神财富的具体表现和反映,具有本民族、本地区独特的形式和风格。通过对山东某些地区乡镇居民的走访调查得到统计数据,从中分析婚姻仪式的法社会学意义所在,以期得出结论:在民俗学、文化学角度,婚姻仪式是重要的研究对象;在法理学角度上,婚姻仪式与法律相生相长,更有利于法律效果的实现,具有更重要的意义,从而为我们更好地协调法律与婚姻礼俗文化,促进我国婚姻仪式与婚姻法律的文明、健康和科学发展提供某些参考。

Ritual is a set of behavior way which is symbolic,performing and stipulated by cultural tradition.Marriage ceremony is rooted in folk and it is a ritual.Marriage ceremony,which is created and developed in the long history of their culture,is the concrete manifestation and reflection of their material and spiritual wealth with a unique pattern and feature of its own.In recent years,the marriage ceremony focused on the content,features,changes and through the analysis of the importance of the marriage ceremony,put forward a legislative proposal on the formal requirements of the Marriage Law of the Country.Oversight significance statistics by visiting survey of township residents of some areas of Shandong,to analyze the law of the marriage ceremony sociological significance,in order to conclude:in folklore,cultural point of view,the marriage ceremony is an important research objects;lawon physical point of view,the marriage ceremony and the legal relationships relative length,more conducive to the realization of the legal effect of a more important sense,so as to better coordinate legal and marriage rituals culture,promote the civilization of our marriage ceremony and marriage laws,healthand scientific development,to provide some reference.
