摘要
《预防未成年人犯罪法》经十一届全国人大常委会第二十九次会议审议修改,于2013年1月1日起正式施行。本文对近五年来C市Y区人民法院审理未成年人犯罪案件进行统计分析,提炼特点,分析成因,总结问题,提出建议,以期为预防未成年人犯罪提供有益参考。
On October 26,2012,the standing committee of the 11 th National People’s Congress meeting on 29 of the People’s Republic of China has modified law of the prevention of juvenile delinquency,and the Decision shall enter into force as of January 1,2013.This paper intend to carry out a statistical analysis on the minor cases of chongqing Y district people’s court in the latest five years,to extract features,analyze the causes,summarize the problems and Suggestions,so as to provide beneficial reference for prevention of juvenile crime.
