社会工作介入0～3岁流动婴幼儿早期教育的路径

The Ways of Social Work Intervening in 0～3 Years Old Floating Infant’s Early Education

城市流动人口家庭化的趋势下,0~3岁流动婴幼儿的早期教育问题值得关注。在早期教育公共服务严重缺乏的情况下,本文分析国内早期教育现状和存在的问题,结合国内外实践经验,提出以社区儿童之家为依托、社会工作机构为主体、专职社会工作者提供家访服务的三位一体的社会工作介入的路径,希望能为相关研究提供借鉴。

Under the tendency that floating population immigrates to urban with family members,the 0~3 years old floating infant’s early education becomes a social problem.However,the public service of early education is scarce.By means of analyzing the current situation and existing problems,referring to domestic and overseas practical experience,the passage propose a kind of trinity way that based on home of kids in community,social work organization and home visiting service provided by professional social worker,and hoping to provide reference for related research.
