摘要
联合国可持续发展议程对国际创业教育提出了"可持续"的新要求。目前,世界各国的创业教育都面临着功利主义观念束缚、阶段发展不平衡、内涵式发展不健全和内外部协同欠佳等问题。以联合国系统内的组织机构为代表,国际组织在近30年来对创业教育可持续发展方式进行了深入探索,包括变革价值观念,从发展、扶贫、赋能维度认识创业教育;着力系统建设,将创业教育全面融入终身教育体系;完善过程要素,确立清晰的创业教育实施方法;加强内外协同,引导政府和社会力量参与创业教育。基于国际组织的经验,我国应重视创创业教育的非经济价值,构建终身创业教育体系,深入推进创业教育改革,改善创业教育生态环境,从而实现创业教育可持续发展。
The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development makes new requirements for international entrepreneurship education(EE).Nowadays almost all countries are facing following problems:utilitarianism about the value of EE,unbalance of EE development in different stages,imperfection of connotative development and poor internal and external coordination.Represented by UN system,international organizations(IOs)have explored the ways to realize sustainable development of EE in the past 30 years.Their findings include transforming values to understand EE from perspectives of development,poverty alleviation and empowerment;focusing on system construction to integrate EE into lifelong education system;improving process elements to establish clear implementation methods and strengthening internal and external collaboration by increasing the participation of government and social strength.Based on IOs’experience,we should emphasize EE’s non-economic value comprehensively,construct lifelong EE system,enhance EE reform and improve the EE ecosystem in order to realize the sustainable development of EE in China.
