基于价值累加理论的教育机制创新问题及对策研究——以对山西省的调研为基础 被引量:4

Research on Innovation of Educational Mechanism and Improvement Countermeasures Based on the Theory of Collective Behavior: Based on the Investigation of Shanxi Province

摘要 基于斯梅尔瑟的价值累加理论,以山西省为例,文章对教育机制创新改革行动进行了分析。分析表明,在当前的教育机制创新改革行动中,结构紧张、一般信念未确立、群体事件难以触发、行动动员不力、社会控制力弱等问题仍不同程度存在。为此,应采取拓展集群种类、提升教育机制创新力度,增强组织认同、实现集群共同愿景,优化教师人力资源配置、触发集群行动,完善制度设计、提高社会控制力等措施,推动教育机制创新改革行动,提高义务教育均衡发展水平。 Based on Smelser’s theory of collective behavior,this paper analyzes the reform movement of innovation of educational mechanism in Shanxi province.In terms of analysis,the paper finds that in the current reform movement of innovation of educational mechanism in Shanxi province,problems such as structural strain,an unestablished generalized belief,difficult triggering of precipitating factors,ineffective mobilization of participants for action,and weak operation of social control still exist in different degrees.In the following innovation of educational mechanism and reform movements,expansion of cluster types,promotion the innovation of educational mechanisms,enhancement of organizational identification,realization of a common vision of the cluster,optimization teachers’human resources allocation,triggering cluster action,improvement of system design,improvement of social control and other measures should be taken to promote the innovation and reform of educational mechanism and raise the level of balanced development of compulsory education.
