A Study of ASEAN's Basic Education Policy on EFA,Integration,and Competitiveness

东盟是全球最著名、最具有影响的国际组织之一,加强与东盟的教育合作是我国共建"一带一路"倡议的重要内容。东盟将教育作为社会、经济发展的基石。在多元文化背景下,东盟成功实现了利用微小权力科学引导各国基础教育发展,以学术研讨和深入试点为基础,通过商谈、共识形成开放的行动框架,鼓励因地制宜地对教育实践循环优化。"推进全民教育提升公民素质、促进融合教育维护区域和平稳定、以科技教育不断提升竞争力"构成了东盟基础教育政策的三个整体路线。

Nowadays,strengthening educational cooperation with ASEAN,one of the world’s most prominent and influential international organizations,is an important part of China’s the'Belt and Road'initiative.In the multi-cultural environment,ASEAN underlines education as the cornerstone of social and economic development.With a relatively small power,it successfully guides the ASEAN countries realize a scientific development in Basic education.ASEAN’s basic education policy-making is characterized by academic explorations and pilot studies,reaching an open framework for action on the basis of consultation and consensus,and actualizing the evidence-based optimization according to the local implementation of educational practices.'Achieving the goals of EFA to enhance citizen’s quality,promoting ASEAN integration education to secure peace and stability of the whole region,and aggregating the competitiveness through a science and technology education'constitute the roadmap of ASEAN’s basic education policy system.
