Professional Development of Subject Curriculum and Pedagogy Teachers:Realistic Dilemma and Breakthrough Path

摘要 教育是国之大计,党之大计。教育大计,教师为本。在理论与实践上被视为'师之师'的学科课程与教学论教师面临着'八维'专业发展困境,表现出'五维'工作状态。困境的突围必须基于系统性思维,要求学科课程与教学论教师、所在院校和外部评估机构的协调联动。 Education is the foundation of our nation,meanwhile it is the Chinese Communist Party’s primary task.Teachers are the base of education.Teachers of subject curriculum and pedagogy,who are regarded as'teachers’teachers',are faced with the professional development dilemma of'eight dimensions'and show the'five-dimensional'working status.The breakthrough of the dilemma must be based on systematic thinking,requires the coordination of external evaluation institutions,universities and subject curriculum and pedagogy teachers.
