“反思性实践教学模式”的理论与应用:以广东财经大学十年社会工作教育为例 被引量:3

摘要 本文以经验学习和建构主义学习理论为借鉴,在追述作者十多年教学改革基础上,提出了"反思性实践教学模式"的观点、特征和方法,分析了"服务学习"在模式运用中的核心地位,诠释了知识与实践、教育与实践的本质联系,展示了把学生引入实践,把实践和反思引入教育所带来的强大的人性解放和教育解放的功能。 How to cultivate students to be qualified social work professionals is abasic issue of social work education.With years of experience in social work education reform,the author proposes new model of social work education called Education Through Practice with Reflective Thinking(EPRT). This paper explains the feature and the coreposition of the concept of service-based learning in EPRT,draw in gupon constructive learning theory. Inconclusion,the author points out that the purpose of EPRT in social work education reform is to liberate the students,teachers,aswell as the educational process.
