能力视角下社区公共问题的社会工作干预--基于广州市B家综的实践研究

Social Work Intervention on Community Public Issues from the Perspective of competence:based on the practical research of B comprehensive school in guangzhou

采用能力视角对社区公共问题进行社会工作干预是可行的,广州市B家综对此进行了实践探索。通过对B家综三个典型案例的过程研究,发现:能力视角下社区公共问题的社会工作干预过程遵循社区公共问题的聚焦、社区潜能的激活、社区能力的提升、社区公共问题的解决四个阶段,这四个阶段循环往复、螺旋发展;不同干预阶段采用不同的干预策略,重点在于社工采用不同工作方法,激活和发展社区能力,由社区自行解决社区公共问题。

It is feasible to carry out social work intervention on community public issues from the perspective of ability. Through the process study of three typical cases of B family, it is found that the intervention process of social work on community public problems from the perspective of ability follows four stages: the focus of community public problems, the activation of community potential, the improvement of community ability and the solution of community public problems. Different intervention strategies were adopted in different intervention stages, with the focus on social workers adopting different working methods, activating and developing community capacity, and solving community public problems by the community itself.
