韩国在人口转变模式、历史文化传统与经济发展历程等方面与中国较为相似,其在新世纪初推行了以提高生育率为目标的家庭政策,其经验做法值得参考。本文梳理了韩国从控制生育到鼓励生育的过程,对其采取的家庭政策的内容与效果进行分析,在此基础上提炼韩国的家庭政策实践对中国的启示。
