聚四氟乙烯是一种稳定性极好的材料,广泛应用于航空航天领域。聚四氟乙烯内管有两种常用的成型工艺——连续成型工艺和非连续成型工艺。分析了两种成型工艺在工艺过程和工艺参数方面存在的差异,连续成型工艺需要的设备自动化程度高,工艺参数也更复杂。
Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) is a material with excellent stability, and it is widely used in aerospace field. The two commonly used processes for PTFE tube molding are continuous forming process and discontinuous forming process. The differences between the two processes in the process and process parameters are analyzed. The equipment of the continuous molding process is highly automated and the process parameters are more complicated.
