摘要
通过分析高钾钠含量磷石膏粉制纸面石膏板时的不粘纸问题,提出了利用廉价无机聚合物与湿法磷酸生产废水作为组合添加剂的解决方案,并对料浆标准稠度、凝结时间、磷石膏粉强度,磷石膏板粘纸性能等工艺参数进行了考察。聚合硫酸铁与氟硅酸废水的添加量分别为石膏粉量的1%与3%时,可以有效解决因钾钠离子迁移而产生的"泛霜"现象,产品合格率接近100%。
By analyzing the problem of absence of adhesion strength to paper when preparing paper-faced plaster board from phosphogypsum with high potassium content and high sodium content, the solution of using cheap inorganic polymer and wastewater of wet-process phosphoric acid as composite additive was put forward. Several parameters were investigated, including the normal consistency and setting time of slurry, the strength of phosphogypsum powder, and the adhesion strength to paper. When the amount of polyferric sulfate and fluosilicic acid wastewater was 1% and 3% of gypsum powder respectively, the scumming caused by the migration of potassium and sodium ions could be effectively solved, and the qualified rate of products was close to 100%.
