摘要
利用日光辐照引发丙烯酸钠溶液聚合,并通过优化工艺配方制备出吸水倍率高、保水性好的高吸水性树脂。研究结果表明,通过日光辐照200 min,中和度为70%、共聚单体用量为20%、交联剂用量为0.40%、表面助剂用量为0.6%时,可以制备出具有市场竞争力的高吸水性树脂产品。
The polymerization of sodium acrylate solution was initiated by sunlight irradiation, and the super absorbent polymer with high water absorbency and high water-retention rate was prepared by optimizing the process formula.The results showed that when the irradiation time was 200 min, the neutralization degree of acrylic acid was 70%, the amount of comonomer was 20%, the dosage of cross-linking agent was 0.40%, and the surfactant dosage was 0.6%, the super absorbent polymer with market competitiveness could be obtained.
