摘要
使用Fenton试剂对染料废水进行氧化处理,探讨了反应时间、H2O2用量、FeS O4·7H2O用量、温度及p H对染料废水色度去除率的影响。结果表明,100 mL色度为1 250度的染料废水经Fenton试剂氧化处理50 min后,其脱色率可达94.44%,剩余色度为69.5度,可达到《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 4287—2012)中规定的间接排放标准(色度≤80度)。
Oxidation of dye wastewater was carried out by using Fenton reagent. The effects of reaction time, H2 O2 dosage, Fe SO4·7 H2 O dosage, temperature and p H on the chroma removal rate of dye wastewater were investigated. The results showed that after 50 minutes of oxidation treatment with Fenton reagent, the decolorization rate of 100 m L dye wastewater with chroma of 1 250 degrees was 94.44%, and the residual chroma was 69.5 degrees, which could reach the indirect emission standards(chroma is less than or equal to 80 degrees) specified in 'Discharge standards of water pollutants for dyeing and finishing of textile industry'(GB4287—2012).
