摘要
以甲苯、叔丁基氯、Cl_2为原料,经烷基化、氯化、脱烷基反应合成2,6-二氯甲苯;且脱烷基反应过程中脱出的异丁烯用盐酸吸收生成叔丁基氯,循环用于烷基化反应过程。研究了各步反应的影响因素及最佳反应条件,在最优工艺条件下,2,6-二氯甲苯的总收率可达76.4%,质量分数大于99%,叔丁基氯的回收利用率达98%以上。
This paper focuses on the technique requirements for synthesizing 2,6-dichlorotoluene with toluene, t-butyl chloride and chlorine as raw material by alkylation, chlorination, and dealkylation reaction. The t-butyl chloride which was prepared form isobutylene and hydrochloric acid during alkylation reaction can be reused. The optimum conditions of reaction were studied. Under the optimal conditions, the yield and purity of 2,6-dichlorotoluene was 76.4% and99% respectively, the recycling rates of t-butyl chloride was more than 98%.
