摘要
在兰州市区,分别选取甘肃环保科技大厦及不同环境功能区(兰州大学、甘肃省第一人民医院、火车站、兴隆山)进行了大气微生物采样。通过不同的变量研究,确定了室外细菌最佳采样时间为25 min、霉菌为25 min、放线菌为20 min。掌握了一定范围内兰州春季大气微生物[细菌、真(霉)菌和放线菌]的分布情况,并对人体呼吸道有可能造成危害的大气微生物进行了后续的分析处理,共鉴定出细菌17种(其中背景点5种、采样点12种)、霉菌1种(采样点)。通过与医学中相关致病微生物对比发现,其中6种细菌属于条件致病菌,在特定条件下会对人体健康造成危害,这些条件致病菌也将成为后续研究的重点。
Atmospheric microbe sampling was conducted at the Environmental Protection Technology Building and different environmentally functional zones in Lanzhou City including Lanzhou University,Gansu Provincial No.1 People’s Hospital, Railway Station, and Xinglongshan National Natural Reserve.The optimal durations for outdoor sampling of bacteria, moulds and actinomycetes were determined to be 25, 25 and 20 minutes, respectively. Having known well the distribution of atmospheric microbes including bacteria, fungus or moulds and actinomycetes in Lanzhou within a certain range, a follow-up analysis was carried out on atmospheric microorganisms that may cause harm to human respiratory tract, whilst identifying 17 species of bacteria including 5 ones at baseline spots and 12 ones at sampling points,as well as 1 species of mould at sampling points. It was found that 6 species of bacteria herein were opportunistic pathogens by comparing with the related pathogenic microorganisms in medical science.Those pathogens could cause harm to human health under certain conditions, and would become the focus in the follow-up research.
