送进-回转方式和退火温度对冷轧TA1合金无缝管组织和力学性能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Feed-rotation Modes and Annealing Temperatures on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of the Cold-rolled Seamless TA1 Alloy Tube

摘要 采用LG-15-GHLL型两辊高速冷轧管机和单送单回、单送双回以及双送双回的送进-回转方式,将无缝TA1合金管由?25 mm×2 mm冷轧至?15 mm×1 mm,然后进行分割和分别在500、550和600℃真空退火。检测了无缝TA1合金管的实际尺寸、显微组织和力学性能,以确定最佳的送进-回转方式和退火温度,从而优化其力学性能。结果表明:单送双回轧制的无缝管的外径和壁厚的方差最小; 600℃退火的无缝管组织再结晶完全,缺陷最少,断后伸长率最高为48%,抗拉强度最低为341 MPa,屈服强度最低为197 MPa,适合于工业应用。 Seamless TA1 alloy tubes 25 mm in OD by 2 mm wall thickness were rolled to ones 15 mm in OD by 1 mm wall thickness in a LG-15-GHLL high-speed two-roll cold-reducing mill by using single-feed and single-rotation,single-feed and double-rotation,and double-feed and doublerotation modes,respectively.Subsequently,the seamless TA1 alloy tubes were cut apart and vacuum annealed separately at 500 ℃,550 ℃ and 600 ℃.Actual dimension,microstructure and mechanical properties of the seamless tubes were checked to reveal the best feed-rotation mode and annealing temperature,and thereby to optimize the mechanical properties.The results showed that variance of outside diameter or wall thickness of the seamless tube cold-rolled by single-feed and double-rotation mode reached a minimum value,and that the seamless tube annealed at 600 ℃ exhibited completely recrystallized structure,the least defects,elongation up to 48%,tensile strength of at least 341 MPa,and yield strength of at least 197 MPa,being suitable to be industrially used.
