摘要
硫酸作为烷基化反应的催化剂,使用情况的好坏直接影响到烷基化的生产成本。从原料杂质、反应条件等方面论述酸浓度下降的原因并给出解决办法,从而降低酸耗,节本增效。
The performance of sulfuric acid as the catalyst of alkylation reaction has direct influence on the costs of production. The reasons of the acid concentration decreasing are discussed in respect of feed impurities, reaction conditions and so on. Solutions are then provided to reduce acid loss so as to save the costs and improve the efficiency of production.
