薄层特稠油难采储量动用技术研究

摘要 小洼油田洼79井区储层岩石胶结疏松、泥质含量高、原油黏度大,直井开发阶段油井出砂严重,长期处于停产状态。近年来通过深入分析难采原因,进行水平井开发特稠油薄层出砂油藏可行性研究,优化水平井及配套开发方式设计,并在此基础上开展矿场实验。洼79井区利用水平井技术实现了特稠油薄层出砂油藏的有效动用。实践证明,水平井可以发挥泄油面积大的优势,提高油层动用程度,又能有效抑制油井出砂,改善稠油吞吐开发效果。 Wa-79 wel block in Xiaowa Oilfield has the characteristics of cemented loose rock, high shale content and high viscosity of the oil, which resulted in wel sanding and shutting down for a long time. In recent years the feasibility research of the development of ultra-heavy oil thin layer sanding reservoir by horizontal wel s are conducted, and on-site experiments were conducted on the basis of optimizing the development designs of horizontal wel s and ancil ary facilities. The application of horizontal wel s technology in Wa-79 wel block can develop effectively the ultra-heavy oil thin layer sanding reservoir, which proves that horizontal wel s technology can increase the development efficiency of the reservoir control the sanding volume of the wel validly and improve the heavy oil soaking effect by taking the advantage of large oil spil area.
