摘要 本文运用扩展St?ber方法制备酚醛树脂基球形活性炭,并采用CO2活化法对活性炭球进行造孔,以吲哚,喹啉,二苯并噻吩作为目标吸附质分别配置单一和混合组分模型油,考察活性炭吸附剂对两种模型油中含硫含氮化合物的吸附性能。结果表明该方法制备的球形酚醛树脂基活性炭微孔结构发达,表面含有丰富的含氧基团,吸附脱硫脱氮性能优异,对氮化物有很好的选择吸附性能。 The extended St o BER method for preparation of phenolic resin based activated carbon spheres used in this paper, and using the CO2 activation method for activated carbon pore, sphere with indole, quinoline, two benzene and thiophene as target adsorbates are respectively configuredsingle and mixed component model oil, examines the adsorption of activated carbon on the adsorption properties of sulfur two kinds of model of nitrogenous compounds in oil. The results show that the spherical phenolic resin based activated carbon micropore structure prepared by the method developed, with surface oxygen containing groups rich, adsorption desulfurization and denitrification performance is excellent, has chosen a very good adsorption of nitride.
