油层有机清洗工艺技术在秦皇岛32-6油田应用 被引量:1

摘要 秦皇岛32-6油田渤中25-1区块沙河街组储层埋藏深,成岩程度高,与明化镇储层相比,孔隙度低,渗透能力较差,油井堵塞严重。本文采用新型环保油层清洗工艺,依靠"高效有机溶剂",使用柱塞泵向油井的近井地带挤注高效有机溶剂,溶解、分散胶质沥青达到清洗近井地带,使油井恢复产量,通过秦皇岛32-6油田油井作业的效果表明,单井产量增产率超过200%以上,经济效益非常显著。 The Qinhuangdao 32-6 oilfield, Bozhong 25-1 block of Shahe Street group of deep buried reservoir, diagenesis degree is high, and the Minghuazhen reservoir with low porosity, permeabilitycompared, less serious, plugging of oil wells. This paper adopts a new environment-friendly oilcleaning technology, relying on the "efficient organic solvent", to the near wellbore wells squeezeefficient organic solvent use piston pump, dissolve, disperse asphaltene to clean the near wellbore zone, oil well recovery yield, through the Qinhuangdao 32-6 oil well operation results show that, the single well production increase rate of more than 200%, remarkable economic benefit.
