摘要
气举采油作为一个重要的人工举升方式,已经在国内外各油田被采用。文东油田13区块采油方式使用气举方式,在气举采油技术中,气举配气系统是很重要的,文东油田气举配气系统在计量精度上以及天然气利用率等问题上还存在诸多问题。针对这一问题,对文东气举采油配气自控系统进行了研究,研发了专用控制器,实现了低产量油井和高产量油井的配气控制方法,总结了配气自控系统在气举采油中的应用及前景。
As an important artificial lift method, gas lift has been used in the various fields at home and abroad. The 13 block of Wendong oil field uses gas lift as a recovery method. At the technology of air lift, gas lift distribution system is very important.There were many problems in gas lift distribution system of Wendong oil field,such as the measurement accuracy and the natural gas utilization rate . In order to solve these problems, the gas distribution control system of wendong oil field is studied, and developed a dedicated control er to realize gas distribution control method of low production wel s and high production .The application prospect of gas distribution automation system in gas lifting.
