摘要
HAZOP评价在30万吨/年轻烃预分馏装置过程中对塔的操作不仅起到改善作用,而且可提高目标产品收率,降低能耗。基于此,本文主要对30万吨/年轻烃预分馏装置的HAZOP分析方法及应用进行了探讨。
Abstrat:HAZOP evaluation not only perfected the operation of the tower but also improved the quality of the product in 300 kt/a fractionating unit of light hydrocarbon, and furthermore the evaluation could raise the rate of the objective product and cutting down the energy consume at a certain extent. Base on above, HAZOP analysis and application of 300 kt/a light hydro- carbon fraction unit was discussed.
