随着稠油开采技术发展,注汽采油在各大油田迅速推广。对注汽锅炉的自动化改造可以保证设备安全、可靠运行并减轻操作人员劳动强度。它采用PLC与上位机结合的控制方式,燃烧器点火、安全运行过程由点火程序器来实现,具有硬件系统可靠性高、稳定性好、故障率低及维修量少等特点。
With the development of technology of heavy oil recovery, steam injection for oil production are spreading in major oilfields. The automatic transformation of steam injection boiler can ensure the equipment in safe and reliable operation and reduce the labor intensity. It uses PLC combined with the host computer and the ignition and operation of the burner are realized by ignition device. The hardware system is highly reliable, stable and less breakdown time and requires less maintenance.
