摘要
本文从催化剂活性、流程复杂性、相对分子质量分布、产品质量、反应器体积设计、能耗、生产连续性、扩能潜力等方面,对Unipol,Innovene,Novolen气相法聚丙烯工艺技术进行了对比,为新建聚丙烯装置选择适宜工艺提供技术依据。
This paper uses comparative analysis method, from the activity of the catalyst, process complexity, molecular weight distribution, the quality of the products, the reactor volume design, energy consumption, production continuity, expansion potential in many aspects, unit by unit of three kinds of gas phase polypropylene process technology (Unipol, Innovene, Novolen) were compared for the technology, process providing the basis for selection.
