Application of risk assessment technology in the pressure vessel industry

2009版《固容规》将基于失效模式的风险评估理念引入到压力容器的设计、制造、检验和使用中。本文举例介绍了风险评估技术在压力容器设计中的具体应用以及RBI技术在化工装备管理中的实施方法。风险评估技术的采用将大大推动压力容器行业的发展和我国技术经济的进步。

The 2009 edition of The Supervision Regulation on Safety Technology for Stationary Pressure Vessel based on the concept of risk assessment of failure mode is introduced into the pressure vessel design, manufacture, inspection, and use. This paper introduces the application of risk assessment technology in pressure vessel design, and implementation of RBI technology in chemical equipment management. The adoption of risk assessment technology will greatly promote the development of pressure vessel industry and technical and economic progress in China.
