稳油控水示范工程主要是通过开展"控水、提效"技术攻关,探索特高含水期水驱控本增效、低耗发展、高效开发的有效途径,并形成一套以打造水驱稳油控水示范工程为目标的精细管理方法,为水驱控含水积累经验。

The key project of controlling oil production and water usage are carried out by conducing researches on water controlling and efficiency improvement to reduce costs and improve efficiency of water flooding while reducing energy consumption and improving oil output during ultra-high water period. Fine management is also set up aiming to build up the key project for future water flooding operation.
