气制氢工艺优化研究

Optimization of gas hydrogen production process

最近几年,炼油厂对氢气的需求越来越大,在炼油厂加氢的资金中,氢气成本占有非常大的比重,因此如何优化制氢工艺、减少制氢成本是当前炼油厂要思考的一个重要问题。本文就以神华鄂尔多斯煤制油分公司为例,首先简单介绍了当前我国氢气的生产现状,然后对国内国际制氢方法进行了对比,分析了工艺条件所起到的影响,重点阐述了气制氢工艺的优化。

In recent years, the refinery demand for hydrogen is more and more big, the refinery hydrogenation of funds, the cost of hydrogen occupies very large proportion, so how to optimize the hydrogen production process, reduce the cost of hydrogen production is an important problem in the current refinery must ponder. In this paper Erdos to Shenhua coal oil company as the example, firstly introduces the present situation of hydrogen production, then the article compares the domestic and international hydrogen production method, analyzes the influence of process conditions play, focuses on the optimization of gas hydrogen production process.
