Lower the frequency of unscheduled shutdown of PP unit

针对PP装置第二闪蒸线堵塞发生频次较高,对装置长周期安全生产造成了不利影响的实际情况,经过认真分析、研究,找出主要原因并逐条研究对策、实行技术改造。结果表明,第二闪蒸线堵塞频次较改造前明显降低。

For the high frequency of blocking in the second pipline,the author investigated the situation,and researched the main factors, then made the countermeasures .The results showed that the revamping was succeed,the frequency of blocking was lowered significantly.
