摘要
针对原有循环水冷却塔填料损坏,补给水量需求增大,冷却效果降低等问题,更换了GFNL3-600型循环水冷却塔。本文通过对循环水冷却塔改造前后运行情况、能源消耗情况进行对比分析,总结出GFNL3-600型循环水冷却塔散热效果显著,在保证净化装置各点温度达到要求的同时,节约了电力和用水消耗,达到了节能降耗的目的。
As for the problems of original water circulating cooling tower packing damaged, supply water demand increasing, the cooling effect of reducing, The plant changed the GFNL3-600 type circulating water cooling tower. Via comparing with running situation of the circulating water cooling tower before and after operation, the condition of energy consumption were summarized .The effect of GFNL3-600 type circulating water cooling tower cooling is remarkable, ensuring the purification device to meet the requirements of the temperature , saving electricity and water , achieving the purpose of energy saving.
