摘要
我厂制造甲醇的工艺是采用美国GE公司水煤浆煤气化技术、德国Linde公司低温甲醇洗净化技术、英国Davy公司甲醇合成技术。气化炉是水煤浆加压气化技术的关键,经过五年的运行,气化炉运行从不稳定到现在比较稳定,是因为气化炉工艺烧嘴材质确定后,对气化煤的质量进行了有效监控,氧煤比确定在合理范围内,对不合理的单元进行技术改造,同时操作水平的提高,气化炉才得以稳定运行。
Coal Gasification, Rectisol and Methanol Synthesis technology are used to produce methanol in my factory. The Coal Gasification technology is from GE Company, the Restisol technology is from Linde company, the Methanol Synthesis is from Davy Company. Gasification furnace is key equipment of coal water slurry(cws) with pressure. The running of gasification furnace is shift from unstable to stable during five years since initial start-up, after we control coal quality, the ratio of oxygen to coal, modify unreasonable unit, improve operation.
