摘要
阳床离子交换器主要用于处理来自水中的Na+,Ca2+,Mg2+,Fe3+等阳离子,是制取除盐水的第一道工序,其周期制水量受水质、温度、流量、树脂性能等诸多因素影响。本文以水处理五车间实际生产数据为依据,分别抽取2、3、6、8号阳床在3、6、7、9月的出水情况作为样本,对阳床离子交换器运行流量与周期制水量之间的关系进行分析。
Cationic ion exchanger is mainly used for removing Na+, Ca2+, Mg2+, Fe3+and other cationic ions in water, which is the primary process of demineralizing water and the production of it is affected by water quality, temperature, flow rate, the properties of resin and so on. Based on the operating data of Water Treatment Unit 5, the output of cationic ion bed 2, 3, 6, 8 are sampled on March, June, July, September respectively to analyze the relationship between operation flow of cationic ion exchanger and periodic water production.
