摘要
入绳角(偏角)在多层钢丝绳缠绕时的大小对其使用寿命有较大影响,本文以海洋采油平台基座式吊机变幅钢丝绳为例,着重分析了入绳角过大时的危害,从经济性、安全性、可靠性出发,对变幅卷筒进行优化设计,通过权威机构认证后进行加工、制作、安装、调试,取得了良好效果。
Enter the rope angle (angle) in multilayer wire rope winding size have great influence on the service life, this paper uses the base for offshore oil platform crane wire rope as example, analyzes emphatically the rope angle into the harm is too large, from the economic, safety, reliability based, optimized design the amplitude drum, through the certification authority after processing, manufacture, installation, debugging, achieved good results.
