摘要
采用聚合新工艺技术对70 m3聚合釜进行工艺优化,主要是针对70 m3聚合釜PVC生产中存在的聚合釜出现粘釜物、冬季物料预热时间长以及助剂杂质多等问题进行优化和改造。
The process optimization of 70m3 polymerization kettle by use of the new technology of polymerization was carried out to resolve the problems such as the scaling deposits during the PVC production in the kettle,the long preheating time of feedstock in winter,and the impurities of the auxiliary agent.
