摘要
在机械设备中工作的过程中会积聚大量的热能,如果散热不及时,会对设备造成一定的损害,降低其使用寿命。通过使用空气冷却器来作为设备的冷却装置可以有效地解决设备运行发热的问题。本文通过使用HTRI软件来对双金属扎片管式空气冷却器进行选型计算,通过对其散热管内压降、传热系数等参数的模拟计算最终来确定冷却器的参数型号。
Thermal energy accumulate during the operation of the machine,which may damage the equipment and reduce its service life without timely heat dissipation.The air cooler is therefore used for cooling device of the equipment,which can solve the problems effectively.The HTRI software is used in this paper for bimetal tube type selection of air cooler to determine the parameters of the model of the cooler by analog calculation on the radiator pipe parameters such as pressure drop and heat transfer coefficient.
