摘要
气体分馏装置的加工能力可通过扩能改造出现大幅度增长,以大庆炼化公司60万吨/年气体分馏装置为例,在原设计规模的基础上,采用四塔(脱丙烷塔、脱乙烷塔、丙烯塔两塔串联)流程,以48.01 kg标油/原料为装置实际能耗,与我国同期石化先进装置能耗相比仍然处于相对落后的状态。为针对相关现象进行改进,本文特对气体分馏装置低温热操作优化应用措施提出了几点相关建议。
The processing capacity of gas fractionation unit surges after Revamping/expansion.This paper describes the 0.6mt/a gas fractionation unit as an example in Daqing Petrochemical Company.It adopts the four-tower(one depropanizer,one deethanizer,two propylene towers in series)process,with 48.01 Kg Eo/t as actual energy consumption,which is much higher than other advanced peer units.This paper offer some advices about application of low temperature heat operation optimization in gas fractionation unit.
