随着原油劣质化的加剧,芳烃抽提装置原料中携带的氯离子数量呈上升趋势,氯离子对设备焊缝的腐蚀以及氯离子与环丁砜发生化学反应,加剧了环丁砜化学分解出酸性物质,对各类设备造成了叠加腐蚀,导致了装置包括重沸器在内的各类设备腐蚀泄漏增多。及时的判断、发现隐蔽的重沸器漏点,对对整套装置的安全生产就十分重要。
