摘要
吴起-延炼原油管道长257 km,管道沿线地形起伏较大,存在大落差,管道设计输油能力350万吨/年。管道采用埋地不保温方案,管顶覆土厚度为1 m,采用3层PE防腐结构,厚度为2.5 mm。根据费用现值最小原则,通过对3种管径方案的比较,确定经济管径为323.9 mm。
The Wuqi-Yanlian crude oil pipeline is 257 km long with large gaps between different parts of terrain along the pipeline.The design capacity of the pipeline is 3.5 mt/a.The pipeline is buried without insulation.The thickness of covering soil is 1m.The design gets 3-tier structure of PE anticorrosion with the thickness of 2.5 mm.According to the principle of minimum present value,the economic diameter of 323.9 mm is determined by comparison of three pipe diameter projects.
