Optimization for operation of Claus sulfur recovery unit

结合江苏晟宜设计CRC两段法超优Claus回收工艺对二期硫回收装置运行中出现问题进行改造优化,以达到节能降耗目的;特别利用管网富余工业风代替鼓风机及液硫封设计缺陷的改造,取得了很好运行效果。

This paper provides an overview of modification for sulfur recovery unit to reduce energy consumption with the help of CRC two-stage Claus process designed by Jiangsu Chengyi. The improvement of liquid sulfur sealing and replacement of abundant industry wind from blower have received good results in operation.
