摘要
固井过程中需要提高顶替效率。传统顶替方式为轴向一维顶替,该理论较为完善。但因其自身缺点,很难将近壁泥浆、虚泥饼驱替干净。然而螺旋流顶替理论可以克服这一缺点,提高顶替效率。但此项技术起步晚,成果少,理论不完善,从而使其应用受到限制,因此如何提高顶替效率,至今仍然是一个有待深入研究的问题。
It need to improve the displacement efficiency in cementing. The traditional way-perfect theory to replace is the one-dimensional axial displacement. However,due to its own shortcomings,it is difficult to make the wall of mud and mud cake clean. Helical flow displacement theory can overcome this shortcoming,improving the displacement efficiency. But this technology started late,had less fruits,and was not perfect. Thus its application is limited. Therefore,how to improve the displacement efficiency is still a problem to be studied.
