摘要
VARCO顶驱旋转头由液压马达驱动,可以实现360度双向旋转。旋转头内部设计有液压油道,不但可以实现自身悬浮,而且可为管子处理器(倾斜系统、井控系统和背钳系统)提供液压通道,执行完成各种液压动作,以满足不同工况需求。
The rotating head of VARCO Topdrive is driven by the hydraulic motor,so it could rotate 360 degrees in both clockwise and anticlockwise directions. The hydraulic oil road is designed inside the rotating head,it can not only suspend itself up, but also provide hydraulic power source for the Pipe-handler(tilt system,well control system and torque clamp system),which can fulfill all kinds of hydraulic actions to meet different operation conditions.
