摘要
结合抽油机节能效果实际,提出变频控制技术,通过安装变频控制柜控制抽油机运行速度和状态达到节能效果。从设备契合松紧度调整、系统参数优化、不定期调整抽油机平衡度、强化科学管理方法等四个方面提出强化节能效果的控制方法,优化变频节能控制技术。
The variable frequency control technology is proposed by installation of variable frequency cabinet,so as to control the running speed and state of pumping unit and achieve the energy-saving effects with respect to equipment compatibility & tightness adjustment,system parameter optimization,irregular balance degree adjustment as well as scientific management for pumping unit.
