根据延迟焦化装置的特点,分析了影响该装置长周期运行的瓶颈因素,总结出优化原料流程,改善性质、减缓加热炉结焦、定期对焦炭塔油气管线和各类过滤器清焦等一系列措施,达到装置长周期运行的目的。

For the characteristic of coke clay unit,the paper analyzed the reason of the bottle neck for long period,and summarized the measures of optimizing the feed,changing the feed physical properties,lowering the corrosion of velocity,clearing the coke at fixed period.
