简要介绍丙烯酸氧化反应器的工艺流程,讨论了丙烯醛反应器温度控制方法,包括反应段和冷却段温度控制,重点讨论了反应段的温度控制。采用调节熔盐冷却量和流向的方法对氧化反应器的轴向和径向温度进行控制。通过控制冷却段熔盐温度和增加破涡器的设计控制出料温度。
The main process of the crylic acid oxidation reactor is briefly introduced as well as the temperature control scheme of acrolein oxidation reactor,which include temperature control of the reaction and cooling section. It focuses on the temperature control of reaction section. The axial and radial temperature at oxidation reactor is controlled by regulating the cooling capacity and flow direction of molten salts. The discharge temperature is manipulated by controlling the temperature of molten salts in the cooling section and increasing the broken vortex.
