摘要
随着科学技术的发展和进步,处理油田伴生气的时候,使用比较多的增压设备就是天然气压缩机,在运行设备的过程中,往往会因为共振、气流脉动、声学振动、机组共振等因素导致天然气压缩机管线出现振动。长此以往会导致出现焊缝破坏、连接松动、仪表失灵等问题。因此,需要分析减震对策,保证设备设备运行安全。
With the development and progress of science and technology,during the process Of treatment of oilfield associated gas,the engineers often used booster device such as natural gas compressor.In the process of equipment operation,the pipe often vibrated because of resonance,pulsating flow,acoustic vibration,resonance of the unit and other factors. Continuously,for a long time,viberation will lead to weld fracture,loose connections,failure of instrument etc.It was needed to analyze reduction strategy,guarantee the safe operation of equipment.
