摘要
根据透平发电机的工况负载特性,大胆提出以非常规技术手段对发电机进行增容改造,以期达到聚合节能降低投资、使原有设备发挥出更多潜力目的。并成功攻克了同步发电机扩容的技术难点,实施了国内首次同步发电机扩容改造,结合调压和无功补偿等技术研究综合节能控制方法,有效提高了3台透平机组的负载能力。
Based on the working condition loading trait of turbine generator, this issue puts forward the unconventional technical methods to up-rating and rebuilding generating units for lower investment, less energy consumption and more power output. Researcher overcame the technical hurdles of generator capacity expansion and conducts the first generator capacity expansion in domestic. Combined with the integrative control method such as voltage regulating, reactive compensation, the load capacity of three turbo-generator units has been increased.
