委内瑞拉高硫原油加工装置的腐蚀与防护探讨

Discussion on the Protecting from the Corrosion of High Sulfur Content Crude Petroleum Produced in Venezuela on the Processing Equipment

某公司主要加工产自委内瑞拉的波斯坎原油和玛瑞-16原油,这两种原油均属于高硫环烷基类原油,硫含量分别为4.94%和2.80%。本文阐述了这两种原油中高硫物质的性质、分布以及腐蚀形态、部位和影响因素,并结合数据分析,进一步具有针对性地探讨了对这类原油加工过程的防护措施。

The dominant crude petroleum processed by us are Poskan crude petroleum and Marie-16 crude petroleum which produced in Venezuela. Both of the two kinds of crude petroleum are belong to high sulfur naphthenic base crude petroleum,and the sulfur mass fractions are 4.94% and 2.80%. The properties,distribution,corrosion forms,corrosion parts and the influencing factors on corrosion of the high sulfur compounds in these crude petroleum were all introduced in this contribution and some protection strategies were given out accordingly.
